La nourriture est excellente! Le service et l'ambiance sont chaleureux. Si vous êtes amateur de viande, ce restaurant est pour vous. Food is great! The service was excellent. If you like meat, this restaurant is for you.

Pas beaucoup de choix de plats. C est un buffet qui est assez dispendieux! L ambiance est bien, le service tres bien et le chef passe trop rapidement pour offrir ses differentes viandes! Il faut leur mentionner de diminuer la cadence car c est trop rapide! Prix...trop dispendieux pour ce qu ils offrent!

Guided by Albaro, our Culinary Sherpa for the evening, my company and I embarked upon a feast for the senses. With the all-encompassing 'rodizio' experience at a generous $68 per person, it's a journey that tantalized our palates from the very outset. The prelude to our meat marathon commenced with a heartwarming bean soup—a rustic and robust beginning to the elaborate symphony of flavors that awaited us. Meanwhile, a comrade opted for the salad, a light overture hinting at the kitchen's deftness with fresh produce. An intermezzo of cucumber salad, paired with the earthy companionship of beans and rice, set the stage for the ensuing spectacle. A bottle of rich cabernet sauvignon and a parade of tropical juices created a medley of zests and zings, a veritable choreography of taste. But the true virtuosity of Gaucho revealed itself in the parade of meats—each slice arriving with a fanfare of aroma and a perfect char that only true churrasqueiros can master. The garlic beef, a robust melody of flavor, and the parmesan beef, with its harmonious blend of umami and creaminess, received standing ovations as our favorite encores. Gaucho Brazilian Barbecue now stands as a gastronomic landmark in my ledger of culinary adventures—a place that merits zealous advocacy to all fellow epicureans. Hats off to Albaro, who, with his expert guidance and gracious service, personifies the soul of this wonderful establishment. For those who revel in the art of fine dining and the joy of a well-crafted meal, Gaucho Brazilian Barbecue is a chapter that deserves to be savored, revisited, and shared. With each visit, one doesn’t just eat; one travels, explores, and discovers the boundless pleasures of Brazilian cuisine, all within the cozy embrace of the Canadian Rockies.
