Very small Chinese delicatessen in the center of Turin. I had heard great things about it so I decided to try it! I particularly wanted to try their famous vegetarian crêpes (there is also a version with meat). During the express preparation, the owner, very nice, told me some stories about her origins, about her life. The crêpe is very abundant, divided into two parts, there is the possibility to choose between non-spicy, spicy and extremely spicy. I wasn't particularly brave and chose the middle path. When tasted it is a mix of consistencies from crunchy to soft, you can feel the flavor of the vegetables inside and of the excellent sweet and spicy sauce at the same time. I liked it alot.
