Essayer un loup de mer savoureux s'avère être une excellente expérience ici. La carte des vins est impressionnante, elle ravira tous les palais. Un personnel énorme montre un haut niveau d'hospitalité dans ce restaurant. A chacune de vos visites, vous aurez droit à un service professionnel. Dans Gaston, les visiteurs peuvent apprécier une atmosphère plaisante et un décor familial. D'après le classement de Google, ce lieu a reçu un score de 4.5.

Un régal !!! Venu dîner pour finir le séjour, nous avons été agréablement surpris, par l’ensemble du restaurant. Nous avons mangé dans le patio, qui est très agréable, une playlist musicale fabuleuse, le Service efficace et d’une gentillesse et ils ont toujours le sourire. Tous les plats que nous avons pris étaient vraiment délicieux, très copieux et un bon rapport qualité prix. Très étonnant pour un restaurant de bord de mer. Je vous recommande. Nouveau restaurant au Mouleau, avec un cadre agréable et une belle terrasse. Le menu midi est intéressant, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'option végétarienne. Le reste de la carte est bien exécuté même si on aimerait des portions un peu plus généreuses. Service efficace et correct. Merci ! April 13th was not Gaston’s night. We won’t be coming back, and supposedly the table next to us won’t be either. We waited 7 minutes at the front of the line for no one to acknowledge us or the 8 people behind us. The guest behind us eventually went in and asked the staff where to check in, said those with a RDV come to the bar, others wait outside. So we went inside. Waited 10 minutes for a menu Waited 10 minutes to be greeted again Asked for a drink card, then told us that there’s two for the whole restaurant. I thought she meant two drinks but no two entire menus for the entire restaurant. ***On top of this, there was no communication upon our initial contact about this problem. Came back, my boyfriend ordered and then the waitress said there’s no more and then he ordered something else and then she said there’s none of that either. Forgot our water, reminded them and it took 10 more minutes. Keep in mind I’m genuinely counting the time at this point. Because I’m already displeased about how we were treated upon greeting. We overheard that the dessert on the card isn’t what’s actually available. The menu is printed paper, it should be easy to print out the appropriate information. Small detail but they could invest in better paper for the image they’re attempting to portray. The table next to us started to get impatient, when we arrived they were just finishing their starter and at this point it’s been an hour since then. After an hour and a half they asked about their food, the manager said it was on the way and then about 5 minutes later the waitress came to say that the plates can be cancelled. As a server in my past, after an appropriate amount of time I would acknowledge the tables lack of food, tell them I’m checking on it, and go check on it. Total fail on the waitress in this regard. They cancelled and left very upset but willing to eat somewhere else. No one compensated their meal or drinks either. Which in my opinion tells me the restaurant doesn’t care that they wasted the time of 3 people. Our Lotte plates took a long time to arrive but this was expected by then. It was good, but nothing special. It was a bit watery and lacked much flavor. We asked for more water, but didn’t receive it till we finished our plates and by that time my boyfriend was paying because we wanted to get the F out. The ham starter was good. But it took some time to arrive and it’s not like the chefs themselves are cooking it. A 2 person reservation should take 1h30 total for service, which includes entree, plate, and desert. our service took over 2 hours, excluding entree and desert. I genuinely felt bad for anyone sitting after us. Though I noticed some of them getting full service before us or the table next to us that were waiting. My boyfriend and I have come once before last year when they opened and the service was fine. He came once before that as well and says that the service was quite slow. But not as slow as tonight. I come from years of restaurant experience so I’m quite disappointed myself. So is my boyfriend. And the table next to us. I wrote this in hopes that the restaurant can make the proper adjustments, because this is just bad. They need work on communication between their staff as well as with their guests. A big one as well is greeting. Your sorrys at the end of service don’t make up for the bad job you know you did. It’s a big shame. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
