Excellent soirée dégustation passer entre amis Pour nous laisser un souvenir inoubliable, des plats qui nous ont surpris, avec émotion, en attisant curiosité, en stimulant nos sens sur la composition des accords de goût. La composition d’un plat, son alchimie, sa partition des 5 saveurs (acide, salé, amer, sucré, umami), peuvent susciter la gourmandise, l’émotion égale à un régal souvenir d’enfance. Une veritable émotion sans influence et inoubliable. Merci encore pour cette soirée découverte et dégustation. My friends and I had a great tasting party. We will have unforgettable memories of dishes that surprised us, emotionally, ignited our curiosity, stimulated our senses to unravel flavor chords. The composition of dishes, their alchemy, the division into five tastes (sour, salty, bitter, sweet, umami) can evoke gluttony, strong emotions, and memories of childhood. For me these were real unforgettable emotions. Thank you again for this evening of discovery and delicacy.

It’s not bad at all, the atmosphere is a little pompous. The cuisine is excellent, the selection of wines is also 5 stars, the price tag is hellish. The restaurant is suitable for any events, I probably won’t just go for dinner :)
