If you're in Remich and craving a flavorful adventure, Gandhi is the place to be. My recent visit left me with a big smile and a full belly, earning it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. This charming Indian restaurant knows how to deliver delicious food with a side of warmth and friendliness. Starting off, the Vegetable Samosa was an absolute treat. Crispy on the outside and packed with a savory, spiced filling, it was the perfect way to kick off the meal. Each bite had me nodding in approval, setting the stage for what was to come. Next up, the Lamb Bhuna took center stage. Tender chunks of lamb bathed in a rich, aromatic sauce that was both hearty and complex. I could tell this dish was crafted with care and a perfect balance of spices. Pairing it with Garlic Naan was a great—soft, fluffy, and with just the right amount of garlic. I found myself using the naan to scoop up every bit of that delectable sauce. And let's not forget the Rose Lassi. This refreshing and sweet drink was the perfect companion to the spicier elements of the meal. It added a lovely floral note that rounded out the flavors beautifully. The service at Gandhi was a highlight of the evening. The staff were not only attentive but also wonderfully friendly and talkative. There were moments when the wait stretched a bit longer than expected, likely due to the bustling crowd that night. While it did disrupt the flow a bit, the excellent food and warm service made it easy to overlook. Despite the occasional wait, the combination of mouthwatering dishes and welcoming service makes it a great visit.
