I would not have expected much from a restaurant that makes “All-Asian” food (Anything from Indian through to Thai, Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean and even some more “local” dishes).
I ordered the duck and shiitake soup, Szechuan pork and soy-marinated cucumbers. For drinks I had green tea with lemon and ginseng.
The soup was great. The cucumbers were surprisingly addictive even if they did not exactly overwhelm my taste buds.
Finally, the pork was quite tasty and pretty much I had expected, and hoped for, when ordering Szechuan pork. The only downside was that they served it with some odd deep fried noodles that were crunchy and way too fatty. The dish would have been so much better had I just been given plain rice as it would perfectly compliment the juiciness of the pork and be able to “pick up” all the sauce left from the meat. The noodles could do no such thing. My partner liked them though. And they seem to be popular as all the meat dishes come with them.
My partner ordered an excellent if not very spicy Thai coconut soup and some salmon California rolls. The sushi is nothing to write home about, but it is probably on pair, or even better, than Latvian sushi in general.
Prices were acceptable.
Overall, this place has so much to offer that you may end up with a much worse experience than we had, but I can recommend all the dishes I tried (aside from the sushi) Definitely!
