We care a lot about the authenticity and quality of our dishes: every day we personally prepare our tzatziki sauce and the pitas which we cook in a wood oven in the morning and then finish them on the plate when served. We try to offer flavors that are as genuine as possible. We appreciate your suggestion and will reflect on ways to make the experience even closer to what our customers expect from Greek cuisine. As for the environment, we have chosen a style that aims to be simple and spartan, but we take note of your suggestions.
