TABLE OF 10 people, two of us were intrigued by the raw appetizers (38 per person...) which included 3 oysters, 2 prawns, 2 scampi and VARIOUS... we asked what he meant by various and they told us "tuna tartare, salmon tartare and julienned squid”. But they did NOT have oysters so instead of the 3 molluscs they added a scampi (without any sense of price given that the scampi were 5 euros each and the oysters 3.5). After finishing the dish I ask the waitress (and owner) "and the rest?" the waitress looks at me confused asking me: "which rest?" “The julienned squid... the salmon tartare” (having only given us the tuna one), he replied that the tartare was either one or the other, and that they didn't have the squid so they discounted us €10 each head (which later turned out to actually be €7 discount). The thing that annoyed me is that if they had informed us earlier about the absence of the squid and had been clearer about the tartare, OBVIOUSLY I would not have chosen that appetizer. €31 for 3 scampi, 2 prawns and a taste of tuna tartare? Out of the ordinary. The waitress apologizes for the erroneous communication and asks if I wanted her to prepare another tartare for me (obviously paying €15), she asks me if I wanted some fruit on top (maybe 2 diced strawberries) naively I told her yes and paid a senseless surcharge of €3. Not to mention two bottles of wine costing €20, one €22 and the other €28, chips that we hadn't asked for and paid €10. They saw 10 guys and wanted to take advantage of it. The worst culinary experience I've ever had, for goodness sake, well set up, good food but I would never never never go back, attached is the dish I paid €31. (Then I would also like to understand why after booking with the fork you called us to confirm and canceled it with the fork... very nice) *reply to manager* (Apart from the baseness of advising me to go to fast food, given that the problem is not that I ate the right amount and spent too much, but that I ate NOTHING and spent ENDLESS and this is truly hilarious) I don't speak on behalf of my friends, if they had had an incredibly good time, they would have written reviews on their own, but I speak on behalf of myself and my friend, who "ate" FISH In reality I remind you that we were the guests who paid the most WITHOUT EVEN DRINKING WINE (it doesn't matter to me since I came specifically to eat light and try your raw fish), but one expects this given that quality fish costs money. I have been to countless fish restaurants but €54 for a tartare and a starter of raw fish has never happened so POOR (perhaps in my bad luck I was also lucky given that with that squid which I would have been really curious to see I would have reached €61 which I remember being ONLY for that appetizer you see in the attachment and a tartare)... it will mean that if a future customer wants to come to you for raw food, know that the manager himself suggests a fast food restaurant as a better culinary experience than granu! P.s. Did you inform us of everything? This is uncommentable Response 2.0 I invite you to reflect on the meaning of defamation (even though I am young, fortunately I am educated, so I will not dwell too much on the inference made) which differs from a review, or criticism, if you prefer, of a dissatisfied customer, inviting you to be more be clear next time, I wish you a good job (No anger or resentment, of course. Fortunately, I only feel annoyed when some restaurateurs "get into trouble" with young boys to earn an extra two cents.) Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

DEAR FEDERICO We find your review regarding the fact that we take advantage of young people who are guests of our restaurant uncommentable... As regards the raw fish, you were advised of everything we brought and where something was missing you were given a discount (without any embarrassment) but choosing a raw fish (at €31.00) as the only course can certainly leave you with an appetite. You took 4 fresh pici cheese & pepper, 4 carbonare, 1 tuna tartare, subsequently added 1 pacchero with fresh tuna ragù, two raw fish, side dishes, 1 pinsa, a fried artichoke, 2 bottles of wine, water, desserts homemade, bitters and coffee for a cost of around 35.00 euros per person. We noticed people in your group who were very satisfied with the evening, but evidently you weren't... You could definitely choose a fastfood restaurant for your next culinary experience. Rosposta 2.0 - Dear Federico, so much anger! we can see that you are a young, eager guy who is willing to defame an activity that tries to do its job well, let's leave the last word to you, and allow people to form their own opinion, good luck.
