In any case, she ordered a gin tonic with sea gin and a decaffeinated coffee. the gin and tonic would cost €10.00, the decaffeinated coffee would cost €1.40 for a total of €11.40 not €15 and during the service we asked as per our habit and style if you would like to be teased, but perhaps given the afternoon time she elegantly refused our choice at no additional cost.
