I absolutely don’t understand why there is such a rating. Only the singer really works. The waiter took our order 40 minutes after we arrived. They called him 3 times through the administrator. Orders took one and a half to two hours to arrive. We arrived at 19:30 and were able to leave only at 10, although we expected to spend an hour and a half. Hire cooks and waiters, the guys don’t have time to serve customers. You fill up the halls and hire 5 people to work. They ruined the whole meeting for the girls and me. Several years ago, when we were in Ivanovo, we visited this place. Everything was great. What food, what service. This time for a three. The waiter doesn't seem to hear what we are saying. The ordered bruschetta was not delivered within an hour. Liver salad is just grass with what looks like boiled liver. Half the wine we were interested in was not available. The establishment has definitely deteriorated. We won't be back. I got the feeling that they go there for the sake of taking photos on the veranda. Ps: there was still a responsive waiter who occasionally replaced ours. It's a shame he didn't serve our table.
