I didn't expect to find an all you cam eat restaurant in the center of Venice, but there it is! Fast service, friendly staff and prices in line with restaurants of the same type. Modern and pleasant environment, fast orders via tablet. Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Gamberoni, Gunkan Salmone Gunkan Spicy Maguro, Tempura

During my recent visit to Venice, I decided to dine at Fusjon, a Japanese restaurant that caught my eye. The ambiance was elegant, with a calming atmosphere perfect for enjoying sushi. I ordered a few dishes, starting with salmon sushi, which was fresh, beautifully presented, and had a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The presentation on the unique plate made the dish visually appealing, complementing the flavors well. Next, I had a crispy tempura, which was light and flavorful, drizzled with a delightful sauce that enhanced the crunch. The final dish was a hand roll filled with salmon and avocado, which was equally satisfying. Since it was all you can eat for about 25 euros I also ordered sashimi and a place of fries. you will have to pay extra for any of the meal that you can't finish so make sure that you're confident that you have the stomach for what you order. you can just order in pieces using the tablet at each table. I wished more restaurants did this since otnade it very easy to order and pay for the meal. The quality of the fish was excellent, and the service was attentive and polite, with staff making sure I had everything I needed. The prices were reasonable for the quality and the location in Venice, as reflected in my final bill of €25.40, which included a drink and my meal. Overall, Fusjon is a great spot for anyone looking for fresh, high-quality sushi in Venice. The fusion of flavors and the attention to detail in the presentation make this a must-visit for sushi lovers. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30
