Especially for a small business with a few tables, fair pricing is essential in order to offer our guests good quality and service. Unsympathetic and unprofessional host. We waited 40 minutes for the starter, salad and ravioli. For the main course we ordered venison slices and cordon bleu. The cordon bleu was small for the price. Tasteful but good. But the Spätzli were missing from the venison schnitzel. When asked, they said they had run out and had made more celery puree. When we paid, the landlord offered us a schnapps, but of course the deer was included in full price on the bill. In response to a complaint about communication, the innkeeper explained that not everyone was a university student and he was a farmer and he couldn't see everything and he couldn't expect that all the guests would want to go wild. And if we wanted to write a bad review, he would cry in the basement. Everything was completely over the point. You don't serve something without an integral component. If something runs out, it's understandable, but you inform the guest or offer a replacement. Together with the unmotivated waiter without facial expressions and knowledge of German, it's really not an experience that you want to repeat. For the prices I expect better quality of service.
