Frites dgueulasses, petite et s¨che et pas cuits, 4 personne 1 petit et un grand packet + 3 durume impossible manger mªme le grant savait que c etais impossible a manger avec la main .. honnªtement ils sont venu devant nous pour nous insulter et vouloir appeler la police le grant mªme. Bonjour a tous je confirme l'avis des clients les frites sont trop cuites et trop petites ont dirait de la récupération, je me doute que le patron va répondre d'une façon arrogante d'ailleurs il est très loin d'être une personne de métier ni le roi de la frite . Frituur Rudy is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. First of all, the hygiene is far below standard. The floor is sticky under your feet and the tables are covered in a greasy layer that looks days old. The staff doesn't seem to care much about customers, they don't even greet you when you walk in. The waiting times are ridiculously long, even when the place is almost empty. I had to wait almost half an hour for a simple fries. The quality of the food is downright disappointing. The fries were limp, not crispy and tasted like they had been reheated for the second time. The snacks were even worse, chewy and clearly not fresh. The croquette I ordered was still half frozen on the inside, which is completely unacceptable. The sauces, which you have to pay extra for, were watery and tasted of nothing. There are clearly cutbacks at every corner at Frituur Rudy. The portions are small and the prices absurdly high for what you get. The bun I had with my order was old and dry. It looked like it had been in the display case all day. Even the soda tasted strange, as if the machine had not been cleaned properly. The interior is outdated and the seats are uncomfortable. The lighting is cold and unfriendly, which makes the entire atmosphere of the chip shop unpleasant. It is clear that no effort has been made to fix the place for years. It also didn't smell fresh, more like old frying fat that is not replaced often enough. The service was below par. The employee who helped me was rude and didn't seem to enjoy his job at all. When I indicated that my croquette was cold, I just got a disinterested look and was told that there was "nothing they could do". No excuses, no resolution, nothing. When I finally took my order home I discovered that they had forgotten to pack half of it. Going back wasn't an option as I simply didn't want to waste any more time in this awful chip shop. To top it all off, the food made me sick at night. I've never had such a bad experience at a chip shop. Frituur Rudy is an absolute recommendation. Don't waste your money and time here, there are much better options nearby. It seems like this chip shop doesn't care at all about its customers or the quality of the food they serve. This place should really be closed until they get their act together. In any case, I will never come back here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
