Very negative experience. Waited an hour and 45 minutes for mediocre fries that were still missing something. We ordered online to avoid the waiting time and were then chased outside by the managers in an incredibly rude and even almost physically aggressive manner. The whole chip shop was silent. I can understand that you are under pressure, but taking this out on your clientele can never be appropriate. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
