You’re a bit spoilt for choice with options on this little street but I’d happily return here, particularly for the traditional vibe and very friendly staff. On a chilly day the heaters are effective if you’re sitting in the ‘outdoor’ section, and the tables are all large and spacious. The food menu is varied, with photos helping if you’re not familiar with the local options and there’s also a good range of drinks. Service was quick and the food was presented well. The main of lamb stew was truly delicious. Unfortunately there were only three large piece of meat, but it was cooked perfectly and the sauce was incredible. The live guitarist and singer added some great atmosphere in the evening and it was a relaxing space where I’d happily have stayed for hours. It’s a good choice on the street. We visited this restaurant this morning specially to have Georgian breakfast. We were searching for an authentic restaurant in this alley (this alley is full of authentic Georgian restaurants). But we found that the staff of other restaurants around seemed to be not so welcoming. And then we found this restaurant and one of the staff here was so welcoming that she came to us with a smile and we gave it a try. She knew English and was very well aware of what exactly we needed. She suggested and offered a great tasting wine and was very polite. Good food. Nice ambiance and great hospitality. Thank you (to the lady who was in black clothes - we don’t know your name) for serving us. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Friends house Bar & Restaurant is worst place to eat in Tbilisi. The waiters are very discourteous.When we where discussing the menu a waiter came and almost snatched the menu.We had to wait for an hour for our meal and whenever we were asking them they gave us look.You might end up sharing your meal with a stray dog, when I was eating my meal a dog almost ate from my plate .If you respect yourself , your time and money don’t go to this place it’s “Disgusting “.
