A softness certainly thanks to the leavening technique and rapid cooking at the right temperature, which makes this pizza an experience worth having. The fried foods of the Campania tradition are also very interesting, combining tastiness and lightness, the latter a condition that is not easy to find in frying products. Having said that about the quality, we cannot fail to underline that, for a place a stone's throw from the centre, the prices are very affordable. Very kind managers and staff.
