If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly, they do not have a wide selection of ice cream flavours. Secondly, I went there with my boyfriend and 2 sisters, they charged my boyfriend R97 (when the price was only R47) and my sisters paid R170 (when they were supposed to be charged R94 in total). When we went back to get a refund, I got one for my boyfriend, but we could not get one for my sisters as "they did not have enough change" - which we were told only after the guy who worked the till tried to find out where I am from, what I do for a living etc. (And these questions were not asked in a nice and friendly way). Absolutely unaccceptable and not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Kaylie, firstly we would like to apologise for the unpleasant experience and we would like to offer you a voucher to make up for your loss. The voucher can be redeemed at any of our shops, Franschhoek or Somerset West. Please send an email to admin@franschhoekcreamery so that we can send you the voucher. Secondly, there are supposed to be 10 flavour options at the Franschhoek shop, due to the fact that Franschhoek mainly attracts visitors over weekends an holidays it is not feasible to have more options available at any given time. Our shop in Waterstone, Somerset West will always have 16 flavours on display which also gives room for more vegan & sugar free options.

Franschhoek Creamery has a wide selection of ice cream with different toppings. It is worth a visit. ( after my initial 2 scoops of ice cream wirh smarties and nuts, I ordered a 3rd scoop !)
