Outstanding Fish and Chips. Terrific REAL batter....reminds me of H-Salt at the CNE as a kid.

My room mate and I live in the area and always stop there for a quick bite! But today the lady who owns the place over herd me saying how exceptionally good the fish is in their dish and gave me a piece no charge :) i was so grateful

Hello everyone I got to try Fran's Fish & Chips yesterday, had a one piece fish & chips and Fran made them for me before she was even open. I lived in Dartmouth for about 47 years and there's only three other places that I've eaten at that has great Fish & Fries, People's Cafe, Brother's Lunch and John's Lunch and now I've added one to the list " Fran's ". Just a note as well, Fran is opening up a Cafe just up the street from the food truck, the truck will still being run by Fran's son. Looking forward to other trips to your truck Fran and hope your new Cafe is as big of a hit as your food truck.THANKS FOR MAKING GREAT FOOD and KEEPING PEOPLE HAPPY.....
