Have orders via Uber Eats, Order placed correctly on Uber Eats, However store submitted incorrect order for food to be made to the kitchen, and ended up my child's food was not delivered. I have contacted the store to resolve the matter, however took me over 10min to explain to the staff member what the challenge is on order 10088. I have asked to speak to a manager or someone more senior to try explain my challenge at hand, but was refused to do so. My issue is not that paid for something I did not get, however the challenge experienced to resolve this matter. Service: Delivery Price per person: R 350–400

Ordered a bacon and cheese fatcake. Waited for 5 minutes and my number was called. I thought to myself, that was quick. Only to find an ice cold fat cake with a slice of cold processed cheese and 1 piece of hard, cold bacon. No wonder it took them 5 minutes to prepare. Asked the lady if this is how they sell this fatcake, she said yes. Gave that fatcake straight back to them, took my money back and went somewhere else. This dump will never see me again. The tramezzini was not even a tramezzini the staff are not sure of there menu,there was so little chicken ,it was basically just a piece of dry bread it was not even a chicken and pineapple tramezzini, this place is disgusting, please send the staff for training ,your reviews are disgusting and no action is taken to better this place and the menu by providing quality food ,FRANKIE FATCAKE the worse in Alberton Brackenhurst, empty tramezzini, uncooked vetkoek it's a disaster .please close or improve Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: R 250–300 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
