I was introduced to this business on the recommendation of a friend and I am thankful for the recommendation! What a find! As with all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. From being greeted at the door, being seated at our table to checking on us throughout the meal, the service was fantastic. The staff here excel in their field. The food. Lord, the FOOD! Beyond delicious - prepared quickly and delivered hot. So good! Great food? Check. Great service? Check. Amazing staff? Check. Highly, highly recommend!! Ordered take out from this place for the first time and paid $26 for (Chicken Alfredo) that came with burnt toast, it taste nothing like Alfredo more like buttered noodles with so much oil you can see it pooling at the bottom of the container. It was quite a treat for me the other day. I have not been back in Franco's for several years, but I was a frequent customer for many years previously. I know Fred and I would have liked to seen him if he is still there and I think he is. The service I got was not any different than it used to be. Just magnificent. Both servers looked after me in a friendly professional way as I waited for my pizza being that it was the eve of the final Stanley Cup hockey game in Florida. My special server was D0NITA AND HER PARTNER WHO I DID NOT GET HER NAME BUT THEY WERE A GREAT TEAM. THE WAIT WAS ABOUT 45 MINUTES. BECAUSE OF THE SPECIAL AMOUNT OF BUSINESS THEY WERE DOING FOR THE GAME AND PICK UP PIZZAS WE'RE FLYING OUT OF THERE A MILE A MINUTE. DONITA MADE IT VERY COMFORTABLE FOR ME AND I ENDED UP WITH MY FAVORITE PIZZA HALF HAM AND PINEAPPLE AND HALF BEEF AND ONION. THE CHEF DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON IT AND I WILL WANT TO MEET HIM THE NEXT TIME I VISIT FRANCOS. I used to know a lot of the old staff and they have always managed to have the best in service and food.
