Excellent pastry shop. Fresh desserts with excellent quality ingredients. The Neapolitan desserts are unsurpassed, especially the babà and the farfalle. Must try. on the morning of 12/24, since I am Neapolitan, I looked for a pastry shop in Rome that made pastiera and struffoli. There Pasticceria Fortunato "poses" as a Neapolitan pastry shop, from the advertising that was done I thought it was the best.... What a disappointment. Their struffoli are “gnocchi” without any flavor. Their pastiera. I don't know what dessert it was but it was definitely NOT a pastiera! So I wonder if you don't know Neapolitan desserts why don't you make simple Roman pastries? You will certainly be a good Roman pastry shop, I'm just sorry I didn't make a hole in the struffoli and the Pastiera so you can highlight your NON-Neapolitanness! Furthermore, you charge €44 per kilo for struffoli... Dear ones!! Not recommended!!!!!!
