Extremely unhygienic. Go severely ill from eating here. Did point out to the waitress that the food tasted off and we did not touch the food after taking only one bite off a dish. (Food wlas rancid probably because it was stored too long outside fridge cuz it was not busy). Waitress did not seem to care and only wanted to maximize billing to aximize her tips. Is there even someone managing the place here or is it run by kids? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$100+

[Unprofessional and undertrained employees and manager] Employees ask for feedback with fake smiles, like robots. It' was disturbing how they intercept into the conservation with my friend, regardless of the atmosphere or body language we used to show that we are having a serious conversation. Employees and their manager(a brown woman) thinks it is okay to give bad attitude to customers for politely asking for less or no explanation about the dishes. Yet, that manager says this is a 'fine dining restaurant' of class that presents the dishes where customers need to listen to all the explanations of passion-less, memorized notes from undertrained employees. You are a joke. I can expect people to notice your poor customer service, lack of professionalism in serive training, which may result to lower and lower reviews here. Food: Would not come back. It's okay if you tried this once. Service: This is a 'fine dining of class' where manager and employees will give you bad attitude if you dont ride along with their fake smiles, and memorized-robot-like dish explanations. Atmosphere: Physical space is nice. 4+ out of 5. However, the unattentive, employees who keeps asking "how is everything?" without meaning it and making fake comments like "That's a fabulous choice.", "That's the best.", "You have great taste." really made the overall atmosphere weird and strange. (I ordered 6 dishes, and imagine you hearing these for evry dish you choose. It's so fake to the point it feels annoying). Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$100+

As with all truthful and accurate reviews, you've hidden your name so that we know you truly stand by your words.While we do enjoy guests visiting our space and aim to improve our dishes when helpful and specific feedback is provided, we do not appreciate guests who shove their hands in servers’ faces while they are talking, speak aggressively and rudely down to our staff, or generally act like entitled children. Our manager "the brown woman" as you've ever so eloquently identified her (why ask for someone's name right?) did explain that our version of fine dining is focused on professionalism and care which means explaining dishes, answering questions, engaging with guests.While we do really enjoy trying to wrap our minds around the description that our service can both be "unattentive" and yet somehow too much at the same time, we do think you would be happier dining elsewhere that is perhaps more suitable for your particular sensibilities.
