Having said that, not for justification, but to protect the commitment of our boys and girls, I want to tell you a couple of points: for us customer care is important, as you saw the shop was full, this is also because many of our customers become even our friends, we would never immaturely allow ourselves to behave as you described. Even more so the brunette girl called Giada who is one of the most serious and professional people we have had in our group for 10 years now. Giada correctly gave her the information she requested, furthermore, her role during the morning is to manage hundreds of orders, she is very focused, which is why there are 2/3 other people who take care of giving information to customers . Finally, we know that it is not obvious, also for this reason we have hung TWO BIG SIGNS that give information on the bar service and takeaway and we have glued a QR CODE with the information on each table, we have no other way to try to provide our services as accessible as possible.
