Reluctantly I have to give 3 stars to this place, a point of reference for me for years. Last night we ate your Panzerotti and we know very well how many customers get used to them. You have changed something in the Panzerotto. No filling, no tomato, mozzarella no longer the same as a few months ago. Speaking with other friends at the table they confirmed that they had also had panzerotti from you in the summer and that since then they had already noticed the change in recipe and therefore the worsening. At the table we all agreed that the product was far worse than what you were making before. Please go back and make that Panzerotto, what you do now despite the excellent dough and excellent frying is worth nothing in comparison.
