The past two orders that I received were not even remotely in the same planet of standards that I normally received from Fishaways. In my previous orders, everything was prepared well with no issues. However, these last two orders were both plagued with batter falling off the items, chips that seemed to be soaked in oil right through, porridge-like mushy rice and a layer of oil in the bottom of the containers. This was so weird. Only afterwards did I realize that the website changed my choice of store for some reason. I normally order from the Fishaways in Vanderbijlpark Central. For these orders, the store was changed to Fishaways SE4. Ordered from CBD Fishaways last night and it was, as expected, much better. I know this seems counterintuitive, but if you want Fishaways in Vanderbijlpark, rather go to the CBD. I think the Vaal Mall Fishaways is even better than this one in SE4. Pathetic service. Ordered online. Opening our food after they left, the 2 coleslaws were missing as well as the tartare sauce. We lodged a complaint immediately on their app. They confirmed that they received the complaint. And thats all. No apology, no arrangement to deliver our stuff. The food was cold when it arrived and the chips underdone. Wont be supporting them again, the portions are so tiny. We had 4 tiny pieces of calamari strips. Very pricy for the portion size, and then they dint even deliver your whole order. Rip off.
