Absolutely fantastic meal. I had chicken schnitzel caesar salad and he had the grilled carp, fab.. Beautiful restaurant and brilliant staff, young fella who served us was great. Also the desserts are class, especially the Guinness sticky toffee.. Price per person: €35–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We sat in the outside patio and the man who is serving the fresh fish and oysters was super helpful and describing the type of fish, their textures, and their source. We had the most flavorful oysters ever, and we come from the California Bay Area, a world-renowned culinary wonderland. We were there in late July and the weather was beautiful. The food is extremely fresh and creatively prepared, in addition to being in good-sized portions. Highly recommend it and would definitely go again, if we are ever in the area. I had dinner at Fish & Ale while visiting Vilnius for work (I’m from California). Loved everything about this charming restaurant! The service was outstanding the waiter was patient and kind as I do not speak Lithuanian he carefully explained menu items, guiding me to a delicious meal! I had the grilled tuna with Parmesan truffle fries/chips and steamed greens, saving some room for an outstanding dessert, warm toffee cake with ice cream and toasted almonds. The ambiance was a perfect mix of cozy seaside pub and refined upscale grill. Open late until 11pm and lots of beer on tap and inventive cocktails. I will be back again to try more of the menu!
