Un personnel créatif attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service agréable est toujours un plaisir. Des plats délicieux à un prix adéquat sont offerts ici. D'aprés les visiteurs, il y a une atmosphère décontractée dans Caffe Firma. Mais ce lieu n'a pas obtenu un score élevé de la part des utilisateurs de Google.

Very Unprofessional & Rude Staff ! Disappointing Experience I recently visited this and I have to say it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. First, the hostess barely acknowledged us and seemed annoyed that we even showed up. We were seated without a word, and it took forever for our server to come over. When they finally did, their attitude was dismissive and uninterested. It felt like we were a burden rather than valued customers. To top it off, the server got our order wrong and acted like it was our fault. Overall, the poor service completely overshadowed the food. It's a shame because the place has potential, but the unprofessional and rude staff ruined the experience. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Giving 1 star just for Jurez (a guy on Drink counter and who makes excellent Ice coffee) as he is the only one who was acting sensible and professional Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: €10–15 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Pizza, Toast Sandwich, Pancakes

I visited this cafe recently with a group of friends and my experience was shockingly negative due to the overt racism displayed by the staff. From the moment we entered, it was evident that we were being treated differently because of our race. The staff were unfriendly and dismissive toward us, while other customers received warm greetings and prompt service. We had to wait an excessively long time for our order, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. When we politely asked for it to be fixed, we met with hostility and indifference. I will not be returning to this cafe, and I encourage others to reconsider supporting a business that tolerates such discriminatory practices.
