Went to order BOGO on leafs night and they wouldn't honor It. Stated it was only online orders through the app. But the offer clearly states "in store only". When I checked the app the offer was not there and couldn't be done that way. I found their customer service attitude highly lacking Even after showing them the advertisement. It was obvious that they didn't want to honor the offer so we went just down the road to Taste of Shawarma on The corner of Bayfield and Cundles Road which I can highly recommend. Food: 1

Went to Firehouse Subs for the first time with my disabled son and his friend. When my son's friend started to order the cashier walked away. A second cashier said "I will take your order" so we moved over to her. After my son's friend finished ordering my son started to give her his order and we were told to move over so she could take the order of the customer behind us even though they had arrived after us. The first cashier returned to take our order. So the 4 customers who had arrived after us were served their food before my son who was served some time after the customers who had arrived after us left the store. Although the food is very good the service in our experience was very poor the cashiers were rude and dismissive. Either they are very poorly trained or and I hope this isn't true, they are bigoted against disabled individuals.
