Si vous n'avez jamais goûté la cuisine irlandaise, venez à ce bar. Rien n'est mieux que de manger un poulet délicieux. Certains invités recommandent un whisky délicieux dans Finnegans Pub.

Summary: - Table reserved at 18:00 for 3 people - Got there at 6pm, no staff on site - Several minutes later, someone from the staff comes, looking confused as she sees that the place is full of people waiting for someone to come. The lady just said "was I gone for so long?" - We were seated at the smallest available table with maximum space for a couple of drinks (we all wanted to eat and drink though). Since we're quite frugal, we didn't say anything and thought we'd just give it a try. It'll work out somehow. If necessary, you can change the table later. - After we had placed our drink order, another lady came out of the kitchen and asked the people at the next table to open the window because it smelled so bad in here. They looked quite irritated, but complied with the request. - A little later the same lady from just brought our drinks, but didn't put them at our table, but on an empty table next door. - Said lady came to our table and said there was a big problem. We asked her what the problem was. - We were told that the smell of sweat was so bad in here that you could smell it all the way into the kitchen (which was around the corner on the other side of the place). - We reassured the lady that the smell couldn't be coming from us as we were all freshly showered. - The lady, who was still standing at our table, "sniffed" the air and said "Yes, I can smell it here". Then she offered us that she could give us a table next door (in another room). Then we would be alone there. - We were stunned and said that we could also leave the restaurant, whereupon the lady said to us that was up to us and we could consult together for a moment. - We left the place and thought about what to do. One thing was clear to us. You don't get a dime from us here. We decided to go eat elsewhere. The chosen place was full of people. So we all sat close together. There was not a reaction to us. Neither from the people right next to us, nor from the waiter. No comment, no derogatory look, no wrinkling of the nose. After a very good meal we took a taxi home. All 3 in one vehicle, along with the taxi driver. Again, no reaction, as if we actually smelled unpleasant. Incidentally, we ourselves were so irritated beforehand that we even sniffed at each other. Of course we found nothing... One thing is certain. In any case, we'll never see Finnegans Pub again. In addition, of course, all our friends and acquaintances will find out how we were treated here.
