I give up on this place. Each time it's a different flavor of bread, different size. I am told this bakery uses students for labor, so they are in process of learning, meanwhile a head baker is missing? This last bread reeks of baking soda and has spots of salt in places, which makes be believe the dough wasn't mixed thoroughly enough. These are amature mistakes, and the bread costs $8. This is not bread. I had gastrointestinal issues from this bread last night. Goodbye. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Thank you for your input 13 Gears but, just for clarification, we don't use baking soda, there is not a "missing" head baker, and I am not sure what you mean by students for bakers. Our bakers are some of the most qualified around. Our bakers are some of the most qualified around. In saying that, mistakes can be made as we are an Artisan bakery and the bread specifically takes 24hrs from start to finish. I am very disappointed at the double orange cake, which was recommended by the sales clerk, that I just purchased & tasted. The cake was very dry, stiff, & dense, with a burnt, hard bottom, that was glued to the paper it was baked in. It was very difficult to separate the paper from the cake.
