I came to Bassano with a group of friends to see the Brassaï exhibition and we came across this restaurant. I have rarely eaten so well... all the dishes carefully prepared, a search for authentic flavors and knowing how to combine various flavours. Everything was excellent. There were 6 of us plus two children, we were all enthusiastic. Authentic kindness. Highly recommended!!!!! We had an incredible dinner at Fermenteria! The owner, Nicola, was kind and generous. My partner has a dairy intolerance, and we were easily able to find many things on the menu for him to eat, including dessert. Everything is made from scratch, including the pasta and the bread. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was warm and inviting with wood furniture and a pleasant outdoor patio. I had the Fussiloni and tiramisu, and we shared some house bread, the incredible pepper puree side dish, and the vegetable tartar. My partner got the bigoli with duck ragú. I would eat it all again in a heartbeat! Buonissimo! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: An entire page of the menu is devoted to vegetarian and vegan options. Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating. We had a dairy intolerance and it was easy to find many options. They have many vegan options as well, and can make the entire menu gluten free!
