Very unfriendly service, the gentleman forgot our food. When we asked about our food after 45 minutes, we only got pat answers. Then it finally came after almost 1 hour, it was most likely forgotten to pass on to the kitchen. We had pasta and a casserole, and in the middle of eating the parmesan was taken from the table with the words “You've had it for too long, the other customers want some too” We were completely horrified, something like this had never happened to us before. When paying, the waiter said that payment was only possible in cash. One dish was missing from the bill. The money for the dish was probably pocketed as a tip, knowing we wouldn't tip for the poor service. We cannot recommend the restaurant and we will definitely not see this place again. A pity! This was our first time here and we don't come from Halle. However, we have already visited various locations here and unfortunately this one is the worst in terms of taste. The pizzas were not filled to the brim, the crust was dry and falling apart, which left me with only a “half” pizza. The tomato sauce was watery and the pizza was generally bland and simply tasteless. It wasn't decorated decoratively either. With a mozzarella pizza I expect at least a bit of basil in the middle. My partner ordered a pizza and also asked for pepperoni. She asked “spicy?” and he clearly said he would like it mild. When we got the pizzas she looked at him and said they wanted spicy and immediately walked away with the pizza. You had no chance to say anything. She came back with a pizza WITHOUT pepperoni and instead it was soaked in some kind of sauce(?). My partner ate it, even all of it, because that's how he was raised, but it was super spicy and absolutely not edible. The service was nice and friendly, but unfortunately it didn't do what you wanted. However, there was always cleaning and you could see how everyone was trying to keep things tidy. The ambience is not reminiscent of an Italian restaurant, but rather of a fast-food restaurant with a bar feel, simply loveless. I don't think we will come back.
