But today's visit to this establishment, to put it mildly, did not please me. Starting with the waiter. As soon as we entered the establishment, the waitress hurried to seat us in a room that did not suit us personally (little light/not comfortable). After we went to our favorite table, the girl who volunteered to serve us was in a noticeably worse mood (maybe because we didn’t want to take her advice). Further, when asked about the availability of low-fat milk for coffee, the waitress generally widened her eyes and reacted in exactly the same way as if she had been asked how much lilies of the valley were in Odessa. But you need to understand that for someone this is IMPORTANT. Further, an even more pretentious appearance and reaction to our order. But all they asked for was a pizza that cost about 600 UAH. Friends, when asked to change the waiter, I also fainted..... In the end, we waited for coffee. The dishes are dirty and broken. Judge for yourself. Is it worth paying attention to such things? When the attitude is already not friendly! Let me also add this vile lie!! There is no such rudeness, ignorance and meanness anywhere in the Dnepropetrovsk region. Dear owner of the establishment! Contact me yourself or I will still look for you. I can't stand lies the most!!! No one has ever insulted your waiters to their faces! Always, every time I left a tip! How can you lie to people like that!!! Who runs your Instagram, who is your administrator? The administrator introduced herself as a girl whose shoelaces were even sticking to her feet! I have zero complaints about the rest of their appearance; I don’t care who combs them in the morning. No one is allowed to LIE!!! Girls wear very long (below the waist) hair, which is generally unacceptable in the restaurant business. I come here for the second time in the last three months and see the same picture. It's very off-putting. Waiters' hair must be tied up. Since waiters walk like this, it’s scary to imagine what it’s like in their kitchen now. And where are administrators and management looking? Service in general is not very good. Previously, about a year ago there were good experienced waiters. Now... at least cry... Everything about the food has also gotten worse, the chefs have probably changed... There is dust on the window sills.. very unpleasant.. there was still a deflated balloon hanging on our window)) and it makes me laugh and it’s a shame that such a once good establishment is confidently going to the bottom.
