I came here to buy fatcakes with my kids. My 3 year old walked ahead of me into the shop while the cashier was mopping the floor, she gave my child a very dirty look, I ignored that and proceeded in,I greeted her and she kept quiet and just took my money. About 10 minutes later the fatcakes were out, tasteless, very pale looking and hard! I am shocked at this level of disregard and bad service. I returned the food and was rudely given my money back. The tattooed lady needs to change her attitude it stinks. Kid-friendliness: Very rude to kids Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: R 1–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I actually enjoyed my food. However, the cashier was very rude. She kept quiet when I greeted her and handed me my slip with an attitude. If you don't have the decency to show good customer service then you are in the wrong line of work. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
