Order through uber eats july 5 1830 hours, a dude wanted to see my phone so bad otherwise he will not give me my order. When the restaurant has no other orders, completely missed the order notes and did just opposite what was written in instructions. He literally did not put a thing in burrito other than rice overfill. What a shame! Never had any other problems with fat burrito but this one, never coming back. Service is also terrible its like walking at the russian border Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered pickup from here and I paid for 2 drinks but only got 1. Not transparent with their prices and fees that I pay for – when you order pickup they also add a $0.50 fee before taxes. Didn’t know I was going to be swindled $4 + tax ($3.50 drink + $0.50 pickup fee) for nothing but the company’s own benefit. ‍ Feel free to do the math and see how it doesn’t add up in my receipt. Parking: Lots of parking but you’re better off getting food somewhere else in that plaza lol Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

Ordered pickup for two veggie burrito bowls from here with black beans as protein. Got home only to realize that there were barely any beans in the bowl and the bowl wasnt even filled properly. I can probably fit all the beans in a spoon. Called them back and they said this was the right amount Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
