If you're looking for a restaurant that combines exquisite food with exceptional service, look no further. Our culinary journey began with the stars of the show: the linguine seafood for me and the risotto seafood for my wife. From the very first bite, it was clear these dishes were crafted with passion and expertise. The seafood was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and the flavors in both the linguine and risotto were simply divine – truly a testament to the chef's skill. Each forkful was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes, leaving us utterly delighted. Then came my minor misstep, which quickly highlighted the outstanding service at Taverna Joan. I inadvertently ordered a salad that, to my dismay, contained anchovies – a problem given my allergy. Before I could even fully explain, our incredibly attentive waitress, with genuine kindness, swiftly took the salad away and ensured it was removed from our bill without a moment's hesitation. This level of understanding and proactive care truly impressed us and turned a potential inconvenience into another example of their commitment to customer satisfaction. To conclude our meal, we put our trust in our wonderful waitress's recommendation for dessert, and oh, what a recommendation it was!
