Biebesheim branch 4 p.m. the following incident: I asked for a product in the afternoon this week and the saleswoman there said... it has to be ordered... so far so good. The following morning I spoke to the branch management and was told that I had misunderstood something. I was happy with that at first. This afternoon I come into the store and am directly attacked by the saleswoman. What occurred to me was to play the colleagues off against each other.. she wouldn't have said that to me.. such rubbish, how else would I know! I stayed relatively quiet as there were a few customers sitting in the café. However, her employee was extremely rude and also extremely cheeky. Her last sentence was: go - there is the door. This is not how you treat customers, and especially not good customers who shop at least 5 times a week. Tomorrow I will complain directly to headquarters about this behavior. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Sorry, but I can't stand that kind of thing. Top the rolls visually beautifully and then experience a surprise when you buy them. Also rather bad in taste.

For me PERSONALLY, one of the few traditional bakers who still masters the old craft! Grimminger, for example, is one of the few bakers who still has poppy seed rolls in his range, as do the souls! Always a pleasure after being a customer for over 40 years Thank you for that keep it up!
