You were our guest on Thursday, December 28th, 2023 and yes, you are right, unfortunately a lot of things went wrong in the kitchen process that evening: After a kitchen employee was absent for a short time, there was also a connection failure in the ordering system and the chaos was perfect. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to get the situation under control. At this point I can only apologize again for this bad experience and assure you that we have worked through the problem and fixed it.
