I‘ve never been to a hotel of this class because it‘s not exactly in my price range. I only stayed for one night so I used the sauna, pool and went to the afternoon tea to get the full experience. After request they had a room available with a view over the harbor and it was just perfect. Staff is very friendly but doesn‘t seem forced or too friendly, classy is the word to describe it. The hotel and the Victoria Conference Center are beautiful, from outside and inside. I can highly recommend going here, even if it‘s once in a lifetime. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I met THE most friendliest valet I've ever encountered in my life when I drove in to check in (though I ended up self-parking). He was very gracious, super kind and bestowed helpful check-in and parking info - so I knew I'd be in for a treat staying here. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated inside and out - fresh flowers, amazing chandeliers and overall nice vibes. My friend and I was impressed by how well-kept the hotel has been over the last century. There are some minor weird things like the light switch being outside of the bathroom but nothing too crazy. We got a free upgrade to the harbor view, which we appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed. Pro tip: the lively bar on the upper lobby level offers free popcorn. We took some to our room to-go along with some delicious hot chocolate. :) You'll definitely be treated like a queen and king here! Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

Excellent location for this iconic hotel. Manager Devansh Goyal went above and beyond to ensure that our stay exceeded expectations.
