The Italian food truck in the FAB LAB Gießen is an absolute insider tip! My first visit to this mobile culinary paradise was a real pleasure and a piece of Italy in the middle of Giessen. I had the pleasure of trying the panzerotti and a focaccia with mozzarella, tomato, potato and sausage and I just loved it. The flavors infused into every bite reminded me of a journey through the Italian countryside. The Panzerotti were baked to perfection, crispy on the outside and deliciously juicy on the inside. The filling was delicious and just to my liking. It was obvious that only fresh ingredients were used here, which made all the difference. The focaccia with mozzarella, tomatoes, potatoes and sausage was a real taste experience. The combination of these ingredients was just perfect and prepared with a passion you could taste. The focaccia itself was soft yet crunchy, and the quality of the mozzarella and other ingredients was superb. What really sets this Italian food truck apart is their dedication to the authentic taste of Italy. The atmosphere in the FAB LAB is perfectly complemented by the Italian cuisine, and it feels like you are right at an Italian market stall. The freshness of the ingredients was obvious and the food was prepared with love and care. But that is not all. The two warm and kind owners, Fabiola and Fabrizio, go above and beyond. They are happy to accommodate off-menu requests and are extremely attentive to allergy sufferers, adapting the food accordingly where possible. The Italian food truck at FAB LAB Gießen is a hidden gem that you should definitely discover. It is the ideal place to fall in love with authentic Italian flavors and experience the magic of Italian cuisine. Can't wait to come back and try more delicacies.
