The design and atmosphere is an American style one, very clean, very attentive and friendly staff. I had beef tartare and it was fresh and very well prepared. Apple cider went very well with it. I also had a brownie, which was a bit too sweet for me, but it was a nice surprise to have it warm. One of those nice places in the city. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Disappointing restaurant experience I had a very disappointing experience at Frank the Tank restaurant and feel it is important to share this review to warn potential customers. First of all, I was disappointed with the atmosphere of the restaurant. The interior looked dated and neglected, and the furniture was worn and uncomfortable. The lights were too dim, creating a gloomy and unfriendly atmosphere. This negatively affected the whole experience as I felt uncomfortable and lacked energy during the meal. Also, the restaurant staff was not at all professional or attentive to our needs. We were greeted with indifference and given no information about the menu or specials. The waiters were poor in communication and did not seem interested in providing quality service. We waited a long time to order and every time we needed something, it was hard to find an available waiter. Regarding the food, I was deeply disappointed with the quality and presentation of the dishes. The portions were small and the prices exaggerated for what I got. The food itself was not fresh and seemed to have been hurriedly prepared or heated up too much before being served. The flavors lacked depth and there was no culinary innovation. I was very disappointed with the main course I ordered which was bland and boring. Finally the bill came and I was shocked at the high price compared to the overall quality of the experience. I didn't get the value I expected for the money I spent. In conclusion, the restaurant "Frank the Tank" was a total disappointment. Messy atmosphere, poor service and mediocre food made for an unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this restaurant and will definitely avoid going back in the future. There are many other better options in town to enjoy a quality meal.
