My recent experience at Festac Lounge was extremely disappointing. I came with a group of friends for drinks and food, and while our server Tiffany was kind and polite, the night was ruined by the behavior of another staff member. After waiting an excessively long time for our food—two extra-large fish orders with sides and Asun—I went to the front desk to inquire about the delay. I spoke with a staff member named Lynny, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, she told me to go sit down and that the food would come when it came, with a condescending tone that was completely uncalled for. When I pointed out how disrespectful she was, Lynny doubled down, making me feel humiliated in front of other patrons. This level of treatment is unacceptable and disrespectful, especially at a place where customers come to relax and enjoy their evening. Tiffany tried her best to be accommodating and empathetic, but Lynny’s behavior overshadowed everything. My friends and I left feeling upset, and we won’t be returning.
