Ce restaurant a-t-il grandi trop vite ? Les plats sont très bons mais le reste, le service surtout, est catastrophique. Une entrée manque alors qu’elle figure sur la carte et qu’on ne nous en prévient pas, puis le vin (Viognier) manque aussi, puis plus de glace à la vanille. La maître d’hôtel répond toujours « ça arrive » alors qu’on découvrira que la commande n’est même pas arrivée en cuisine, elle ne prend même pas la peine d’aller vérifier. Les serveurs hésitent, réagissent très tard… et on attend.
Deux heures et demi pour un dîner à 4, ces attentes interminables ne se justifient pas. Dommage !

It is true that the saxophonist, very lively, did not lack breath, supported by a exciting rhythm section, harbingers of a beautiful evening in perspective... The two adorable young waiters, completed by the owner, an expert sommelier, made this evening a star (of course!) which will shine for a long time in the album of our memories... And the table? What are we eating ? My friend having come from a distant land where everything Sète is exotic for her, feasted on a bouquet of prawns with aioli, as for me, I tasted a melting buratta, ultra fresh served in truffle oil , on a stunning nest of greenery, and the wine, skillfully picked by the chef, served by the glass, bottle uncorked before our eyes, no pettiness in the place, the customers are kings... The rest was colorful, with a dish of fettuccine with shellfish for Madame, mermaid atmosphere and me, a man of the land, a virile red burger bursting with cheese... And always this charming, attentive service, a beautiful energy that shines through at every moment... We spent a magnificent evening, which will remain as one of the beautiful moments of this summer of 2023, and wish long life to the F Art Café, a rare, precious, popular place, in the noblest sense of the term, where we are very well received, where you eat very well with fresh produce in the heart of one of the prettiest corners of France!
