Réservation effectuée le 16 juin via le leader des sites de réservation en ligne pour un séjour à "il termine", le 30 juillet on nous annonce que pour des raisons de surbooking notre réservation est Annulée :(... Vacances sur l'île d'Elbe impossibles :( à cause de leur gestion désastreuse ! On ne se laissera pas faire !

What an enchanting place! We came with very high expectations and they were definitely exceeded. Everything is just right here! If you are looking for peace and relaxation, the Experience Relais Il Termine Elba is the right place for you. We were there during the absolute holiday season in August, but had the feeling of being completely alone on the island. We received such a warm welcome, you feel like part of the family! We felt welcome from the start. The staff is amazing and puts a lot of heart into this place and ensuring that every guest enjoys their stay according to their needs. The property is huge and you have a wonderful view of the sea, for example from the separate, private relaxation area with its own small pool. There is a great SPA area and every evening there is a wonderful 5-course menu in the garden with changing dishes (home-caught fish!). We spontaneously booked a boat tour for snorkeling, which we would definitely recommend! All in all we had a wonderful time and will definitely come back and do the fishing tour in the evening!
