This restaurant was a serendipitous find - just up the road from where we were staying at L’Orologio B&B - another lovely hidden gem. The restaurant is a gorgeously restored former home - with some exposed sections of the original walls, which I always love. Their specialty is cuts of beef - from different countries and aged as well. We hesitated to order beef being from Alberta, Canada, but went with an aged rib steak from Denmark. Delicious. They serve it to your table with a cast iron griddle so you can cook it to your liking. Yum!!! It was served with a selection of 3 different salts from various parts of the world. We also had meatball croquettes, ravioli & grilled local vegetables which were also amazing. The steak was fairly priced considering it was beef, from Denmark & aged. Our server who owns the restaurant with her partner was very lovely & sweet, also knowledgable and provided good recommendations. The cocktails were delish too.
