Dzerzhinskiy Statue est une super attraction pour les touristes qui viennent manger dans ce restaurant après une longue marche. Interesting place, new and "trendy". But it seems that concern for the comfort of visitors is at the minimum package level. The wardrobe for winter outerwear is inconvenient. I've been 2 times. Not during rush hour and when the hall is empty. I am 1.7 m tall. And it is inconvenient for me to hand over my jacket to the girl hostess, who is a good 20 cm shorter than me. The issue of saving space, as I understand it, has been solved by saving attention on a task that is relevant at least 9 months a year. So, I went 2 times and got 2 completely different experiences. The first visit is a delight from the food and service, and the inconveniences are minor things. The second is total disappointment from the food and service. Both times I took oshizushi with salmon and coffee. And for the first time the dish was perfectly prepared. It didn't crumble. Balance of taste. The rice is fluffy, without the porridge feeling. Salt in moderation. The chef's skill is palpable. The beauty of presentation is ideal! Second time: the rice is sticky, doesn’t hold its shape, there’s too much salt (and it’s impossible to have too much with the sauce). The waiter was too fussy, but to no avail. When I asked for a glass of filtered water, they brought me water with the remains of some kind of napkin floating in it. Perhaps they simply rubbed the glass with it. Upon request for a replacement, they gave a lecture that the manager generally prohibits serving ordinary water (why did you even agree to carry it then?). I asked for paid water. But for the sake of the gods, let there be nothing unnecessary in the glass. And they brought me water, and they solemnly refilled it every 5 minutes (although there was no need to come up so many times, we literally couldn’t talk to our friends, and no one needs such total control, especially after dirty glasses). Water, of course, was the most expensive thing possible. But to hell with her. After all, it was the only thing that tasted good. The devil was in every detail: it took a long time to bring the food, although there were only 4 tables occupied in the hall. Drinks also take a long time. My coffee was simply already quite cold. The kitchen is open, it was clear that all the cooks are very young. When we were asked about our impressions on the way out, we voiced our questions directly. But we were assured that this was not a change of interns. [oh yes, we also chose desserts. They are imported and stand ready in a closed display case. Some price tags were missing, I had to wait for the waiter. And then they carried them for a long time too. But 2 or 3 times there were hints of a tip. [ ] I find it difficult to give an assessment. 4 only for the first visit in fact. The second is an epic fail. I have never changed my opinion so dramatically.
