We had booked through Hotiday Hotels, don't do this as they are an agency and you are not booking directly with the property as we were led to believe. Mr. Federico from Hotiday had guaranteed us a room with a sea view, an additional topper on the mattress, gluten-free meals. On arrival, however, none of this had been communicated and even the room was not the one guaranteed, that is, it was without a sea view and very small. To get the best price, Hotiday had asked us to pay in advance but at the reception we were told that the price for our hypothetical room was even lower. Fortunately, the manager of the Europa Beach Village hotel has tried to remedy the bad service of Hotiday Hotels in various ways. On the other hand, the position of the structure facing the sea, the friendliness of the staff, especially Federica who cleans our floor, the courtesy and professionalism of the maitre Paul, very attentive to our every need, were positive. A note of thanks also to Daniele, Riccardo and all the restaurant staff for their kindness and helpfulness. Thanks also to Giulio from the beach bar for his attentions. Apart from the initial discomfort caused by Hotiday, the rest of the stay was pleasant.
