We are not restaurant but passionate oyster farmers and this is our degustation place.
The Saint Barth offers you to taste the famous Tarbouriech special oysters at the producer's farm, but also the mussel brasucade. We selected also regional specialties like "Tielle Setoise" . And of course some good regional wine bottles with these dishes.

Un super moment dans un super cadre Tout a été très bon! Les moules,les crevettes et les Huîtres Tabouriech qui sont justes un délice. Je remercie le personnel.Un super service, une équipe au petit soin et souriante ! Pour la petite anecdote j'ai acheté une bouteille de blanc les Folies d'Inès servie lors du repas. The lagoon "Étang de Thau" offers the best conditions for growing oysters. Located right next to this water reservoir, it's no surprise that you can get it in the best quality at "Le St Barth Tarbouriech". Alternatively, you can order a mixed platter consisting of oysters, mussels and scampi.
