Spectacular service is something visitors like here. Etraf offers you meals at good prices. The atmosphere of this place is nice. If you're in Urla, or just on the Cesme Peninsula in general, you MUST eat at Etraf at least once. It is a small restaurant - maybe 10 seats in a converted market stall, stools surrounding the small kitchen where Malik, the chef, owner, server, dishwasher, etc. works. The menu is small - 2 soups, 4 different types of meats (but some can be done in sandwich form), 2 salads, and 1 dessert. We ate there 3 times, sampling most of the menu, and everything was absolutely delicious. The best was the kebab - perfectly seasoned and amazingly flavourful. The best meat we had in our 2 weeks in Turkey. Getting them as is or in a sandwich is the way to go. The sujuk sausage wrap was also very good. The salads, especially their dressings, were unbelievable - I literally could drink the dressing. Malik is so kind and friendly, and it is so cool to see him cooking everything over his grill. The prices are also extremely affordable - a meal for two for under 1000 TRY is very possible. We never go back to restaurants, but we went back here 3 times. That says a lot.
