Absolutely recommended! We were there on Wednesday and it won't be the last visit. The service we received would have to be given 10 stars. Without exception, every employee is extremely friendly and personable. Food was also great! I had a great dining experience at Estancia Steaks! I indulged in the Norland – Taste the North Heifers RibEye from Schleswig-Holstein, apperently crowned the World's Best Steak in 2021 & 2022. Cooked to a perfect medium rare, every bite was a delight with the distinct taste of charcoal. The meat was so flavorful that the herb butter was not necessary. The attention to detail by the staff was commendable; they ensured a relaxed dining atmosphere without making you feel rushed. Despite it being a Tuesday, the restaurant was bustling, a testament to its popularity. Pairing the steak with a Spatburgunder really was the best choice.
